Mr. Muhammad Samir Ullah was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 10th July 1978. He obtained Four years integrated B.Sc.(Hons.) in 2001 (held in 2003, result in 2004) with First Class Fourth position and M.S.(Thesis group) in 2002 (held in 2005, result in 2006) with First Class Fourth position from the Department of Physics, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He started his career as a Lecturer in the Department of Physics, Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur-1700, on 30 November, 2006. He was worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Physics of DUET from 30 November, 2006 to 25 June, 2007. On 26 June 2007, he has joined as a Lecturer in the Department of Physics, Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET), Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh. He has completed M. Phil degree in Physics on 20 October, 2010 from BUET in the field of Experimental Condensed Matter Physics. He has joined as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics of BUET on 28 December, 2011. His present research interest is Condensed Matter Physics.
